Payment

We accept Direct Checkout (credit/debit) through Shopify, as well as PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay. No PayPal account is required to use the service, and if you choose to pay this way, just click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button at the bottom of the page to check out without a PayPal account. Regardless of payment method, full payment required before shipment.

Tax will be collected for Ohio residents based on your county.

Order cancellation is acceptable for standard (non-customized) items as long as they have not been shipped. After items are shipped, it will be the customer's responsibility to ship the products back at their own expense. An order may then be cancelled and refunded (minus initial shipping costs).

Shipping

Domestic USA:

Domestically, we typically use either FedEx Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will provide you with a tracking number when we ship your order.

Standard items usually ship within 3-5 business days out of Columbus, Ohio.

We do ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.

International:

We ship worldwide and usually utilize USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International.

Lost/Damaged Items:

In the unlikely case of lost items, we can file a claim after approximately 3 weeks. If you have a time sensitive item that isn't showing progress, please let us know as soon as you can! Occasionally international shipments are not updated well with tracking information. This is because USPS transfers the parcel to another carrier and it is up to the new carrier to provide updates. Please don't worry about this unless it is past its projected delivery date. It is almost just a few more days away :)

If a product is damaged during shipping, we will ship a new one to you as soon as possible. Your cooperation may be necessary to work with the claims services though, so please keep all packaging and the product in the condition in which it was received. We may ask for a photo or 2.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied or have any problems with our products, please let us try to fix the problem! We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to make sure we are producing top quality products.

If we can't fix a problem, returns are acceptable if the product is returned in perfect new condition. DO NOT poke pin holes in your map until you know you are keeping it. You will receive a full refund minus original shipping costs. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted for custom orders. Additionally, returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
