The included push pins are red, blue, green, and yellow. Each pin is 1/8" in diameter.
Decorative Frames
Choose from a selection of gorgeous wood frame styles to upgrade your map into a sophisticated and functional work of art.
This is a floating frame style, common with stretched canvas pieces, allowing you to see the sides of the print and pin your map with ease.
The frame adds approximately 1.5" to the width and height of the map dimensions.
You can add a frame for this map style here! Be sure to select the 36 " 24" option :)

How many push pins come with this map?
This map comes with 4 sets of approximately 50 pins each.
The included push pins are red, blue, green, and yellow. Each pin is 1/8" in diameter.
What is it made of?
Our push pin travel maps are printed on premium stretched canvas and wrapped around an internal wood frame. There is a durable ½” layer of eco-friendly wood fiber pin board in between this internal piece and the canvas map print, so that when you place pins, they stay snugly in place.
How do I care for my map?
For maps purchased before September 2023 and ALL Obsidian Inferno Maps:
Hang map out of direct sunlight. You can wipe these maps with a dry cloth to remove dust.
For maps purchased after September 2023:
You can use a damp (not wet), soapy cloth to clean dust and scuffs from the map.

Shipping & Policies
When will this ship and how much will it cost?
We typically ship all standard (non-personalized) orders within 1-2 business days. Personalized maps may take a few additional days.
If you are within the continental US, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders by becoming a Compass Club member.
If you are outside of the continental US, this depends on the product(s) you choose and where you live in the world. You can add an item to your cart to get a shipping estimate, or contact us if you have any questions about shipping costs to specific locations.
You will want to provide your exact desired order, as well as the shipping address for us to give you accurate shipping pricing. Shipping costs do not include any customs duties and taxes you may incur in the destination country. For more information on shipping to a location outside the US, click here.
What's your return policy?
We accept domestic and international returns on standard and personalized maps. If the map is still in new condition with no pin holes, and it is 30 days from the date of purchase, we can certainly accept a return! Return shipping costs would be your responsibility, but the cost of the product itself will be fully refunded.
If your map has pin holes and it is within 30 days from the date of purchase, we can still accept your map for a return! Note that it may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Any restocking fee incurred will be deducted from your refund.
What if I don't like it?
We want you to be 100% happy with your map! If you are unhappy with your map for any reason, please reach out to us at yourfriends@conquestmaps.com so we can make it right.
What if it is damaged in transit?
If your product is damaged during shipping, we will ship a new one to you as soon as possible. Your cooperation may be necessary to work with claims services, so please keep all packaging and the product in the condition in which it was received for photos or inspection, otherwise we may not be able to replace your product.
If you receive a map with a manufacturing defect, please let us know! We'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email to get your damaged item back. Then we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Can I personalize this map?
Our Standard Series maps are not personalizable. If you'd like to add a personalized legend to your map, check out our Signature Series maps!
