Orders over $50 can receive FREE shipping! This is for domestic USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
We typically use either FedEx Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will provide you with a tracking number when we ship your order.
Standard items usually ship within 3-5 business days out of Columbus, Ohio.
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes as well. If there is a problem, we will let you know (there are stricter size guidelines for these).
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska as well, though they typically require additional shipping, which will be automatically added at checkout.
We ship worldwide and usually utilize USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International, though occasionally we will ship with FedEx or DHL.
International shipments take much longer to arrive due to a variety of factors including courier transfers, customs delays, or simply world weather patterns.
Be sure to order at least 3 full weeks (21 days) before you need your order to arrive. When utilizing the most economic shipping methods to keep costs low for you, it has taken up to a month for items to arrive, though that is not typical. Please plan accordingly.
Also note that orders will sometimes incur customs or import fees in your home country. These fees must be paid by you, the customer. It is your responsibility to understand what these may be and if you will need to pay them.
In the unlikely case of lost items, we can file a claim after approximately 3 weeks. If you have a time sensitive item that isn't showing progress, please let us know as soon as you can! Occasionally international shipments are not updated well with tracking information. This is because USPS transfers the parcel to another carrier and it is up to the new carrier to provide updates. Please don't worry about this unless it is past its projected delivery date. It is almost always just a few more days away :)
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will ship a new one to you as soon as possible. Your cooperation may be necessary to work with the claims services though, so please keep all packaging and the product in the condition in which it was received. We may ask for a photo or 2.
If you aren't satisfied or have any problems with our products, please let us try to fix it! We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to make sure we are producing top quality products.
If we can't fix a problem, we are happy to accept your return. DO NOT poke pin holes in your map until you know you are keeping it. You will receive a full refund for your return as long as there are no holes, scratches, etc. that are a result of your use.
Exchanges are also acceptable. Again, your item must be in the same new condition as you received it. You will be required to pay for return shipping as well as shipping for your new item, but the full product value will be honored.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
