Lost/Damaged Items
If damaged, we will ship you a new product as soon as possible
If an item is lost, we can file an inquiry after approximately 10 days without tracking updates. We will not replace a package until it is confirmed as lost by the courier.
Once a package shows as delivered, we are not responsible for missing/stolen items. If you want to require a signature for the delivery (small extra fee), please contact us.

We accept returns of non-personalized items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect new condition
Exchanges are accepted with the same condition
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase
