Please be aware that there are currently widespread delays with USPS and Fedex shipping. Make sure to allow plenty of time between when you place your order and when you need to receive it.
We have been informed that the number of shipments exceed the maximum that can be processed each day by the shipping carrier, so your order is likely to take longer to arrive than it might usually.
We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. If there is no status available or the information has not changed since the last time you viewed it, check back regularly as information is updated periodically throughout the day.
Proofs for personalized orders will be sent within 2 business day of your order. Please approve your personalized order within 12 hours of receiving your proof to avoid any delays in processing.
Economy shipping is free for continental US orders over $99. You can also choose an expedited shipping option for a faster turnaround time at an extra charge.
If you do not see expedited shipping available and you're in the contiguous US, you may already be in a 2-day shipping zone. Please contact us if you need more details.
