Unfortunately, no. These are our best estimates, and are subject to change. While we do our best to meet our shipping commitments, there are many variables that are outside of our control, particularly courier performance, and there is therefore no guarantee that shipments will arrive before Christmas. Ordering early is the best way to increase your likelihood of having your items in time.

As Christmas draws closer, shipping times tend to slow, and we monitor this to the best of our abilities and update this accordingly. That said, please order plenty early to avoid issues.

Typical approximate processing times vary by product type, but they all fall within 1-3 days under typical circumstances. Right now we are working extra hard to get you your order quickly and we are generally shipping same day or next day! Some delays may occur this time of year, but we will update this page if that is the case.

Currently, we offer cost-effective economy shipping for all of our products. This could be through USPS (generally for smaller, lighter items), or UPS or FedEx (for larger, heavier items). For many products, we also offer an Expedited option, which is typically a 2-3 day delivery time after it leaves our facility. If you don't see an Expedited option, it is because you are close enough to our facility in Columbus, Ohio that your shipment will likely already arrive in that 2-3 day time frame. If you have a specific request, we may be able to offer faster shipping times, but they are not offered by default. Please contact us to request a quote.

We base our date estimates off of the longest time frame. Because we ship from Columbus, Ohio, shipments to the west coast usually take approximately 5 business days to arrive after shipped. If you live much closer, say in Cincinnati, Ohio, it will likely only take 1-2 business days in shipping time.

We'll say it again: don't wait! Get your order in now, as that's the best way to avoid missing your deadline.

For Economy shipments, we always try to use the most cost-effective shipping method and pass that savings on to you by offering free shipping on contiguous USA orders over $99.
