Map Push Pins: Vintage Bronze - Metallic Finish

I wanted to reach out to your company to tell you how impressed I was with your customer service.

I ordered a very large map (i think they call it Vintage) to be delivered to my home but then realized I needed to move the delivery to my sister-in-laws as it was a surprise for my son. Long story short, the person I spoke with, wish I could remember her name?, was thoughtful, kind, professional and very helpful. Most of all I reached her via a simple phone call. How refreshing is that. No waiting, no nonsense, just solid customer service.

My son was thrilled with his map and it arrived well boxed and secure. He has it hanging in his room at College with all the pins carefully placed noting his travels. Looks great!

Love that it is made in the USA and again, how refreshing to speak to an actual person. I have ordered more pins for my son since as he travels quite a bit. Will continue to do so and I think it would make a great graduation gift or birthday gift and you can personalize it too which is cool.

If others in the future want maps I will be sure to send them to your company. Customer service is SO key and you nailed it! Nice work.

We really like the map - color and size are perfect. We ordered the black and vintage bronze push pins. The vintage bronze is more of a rose gold, but we made it work. Pin heads could be a tad bit smaller - especially wehen you have to pin places in Europe :) Overall we are extremely happy with the purchase!

Got the maps to track my travels. The maps are great quality and the detail on the maps are fantastic.
